Dan always has his new album, Blunderbuss, on. So i’m constantly listening to it with him.

It is SO hard to see them so fragile. I wish they spoke our language to tell us exactly what’s hurting and when so we could make their time so much more comfortable, buuuuut unfortunately that’s impossible.

I send my absolute best to you, your family and your pup. It truly will be a nightmare to see him go, I can’t even begin to imagine <3 But you must keep thinking they will no longer be in that state of pain, and will be released from all that was making them sick. It won’t be easy to deal with, but in time you will heal and cherish the memories you’ve had with your little dude, maybe even get another dog down the road…

He is doing well! Had another doctors appointment last week in which we were informed that his drugs are somewhat drying the excess fluids in his lungs. He was prescribed another set of pills which are meant to regulate his heart rate, but they’re so new we haven’t been able to tell whether or not they are working. Poor little guy is on a 6 pill medley everyday. Dope dog, literally… doped. What matters is he is not getting worse -fingers crossed it continues this way-
